What are the age restrictions?
Pole fitness and Aerial Hoop classes are suitable for ages 16+
Kids Hoop is for ages 8+
Any pole CHOREO or floorwork classes are 18+
What is accessibility like?
Our studio space is on the ground floor of the building, with ramp access.
However, please note that while our toilet is also on the ground floor, it is not wheelchair friendly.
Our stretch studio is up a spiral staircase and therefore not entirely accessible.
If you have any questions regarding accessibility in classes, please get in touch via Instagram and we will assist as best we can.
How do I book a class?
All classes can be booked online via the website or the Fit By Wix App (please use invite code NOVAHEIGHTS to be taken to our services. Due to limited spaces at the studio, we cannot allow drop-ins.
Purchase either a class credit or 4-week pass and use them to book into your chosen classes.
Can I get a refund on my pass if I can't attend classes?
Once a pass has been activated, it cannot be refunded, frozen, or extended. It is your responsibility to set the start date for your pass and use your classes within that time.
What if I need to cancel my class?
You have until 24 hrs before the class to cancel your booking and receive your credit back to your account. Any cancellation requests made within 24 hrs of class time cannot be recredited or rearranged.
What if I'm running late
While we have a grace period of 4 minutes after class has started, we ask that you do not take this for granted. We expect students to arrive early to ensure they are dressed and ready for class to start on time. Should you be any later than 4 minutes, we cannot allow you to join the class as you will have missed too much warm up time. We do not issue recredits if you arrive too late to join in the class.
What do I wear?
For Pole classes we recommend shorts and a vest/sports bra. Bare feet is essential unless it is a pole heels class
For Aerial classes, leggings and sleeves are reccommended. Barefoot, socks, or jazz shoes are recommended depending on your required level of grip aid.
For Dance classes wear what you're most comfortable in! Heels are welcome but not necessary. Knee pads may be required.
